Johann DeWolfe is a professional counselor and teacher who brings passion, intensity, and insight as she shares from the heart.  Her workshops are life changing events that will rank in the top 10 experiences that you have ever provided for your congregation.

Her course Communications 101 is more than a teaching, it is a life altering revelation.  It begins with some training on what communication really is and what were the origins of communications.  Johann then takes us back to the Tower Of Babel and shows what actually happened the day that God changed the way we communicate with each other.  She continues on to show us how to restore communications with God and with each other.

Johann then shows how different people communicate in different manners.  Once that is understood participants determine their own communication style.  This is a huge revelation to most people.  They then begin to understand themselves, their spouses, their children and the people around them in a whole new way.

One of the best parts of this all day workshop is a hands on section working with blocks.  Johann intentionally pairs the participants with their opposite communication styles and the fun begins as each person tries to communicate to their partner what they are building without their partner being able to see it.  This task becomes an amazing tool for people as they discovered for the first time why they are not being understood and how to get people to understand them better.

The aftermath of this event is strengthened marriages and families as individuals are empowered with the word of God and some fantastic new tools for deepening their relationships.  It would be ideal as part of a marriage weekend, or a special event for building leaders in the local church.  It is also really good as an open event for anyone who pre-registers.

This workshop is generally done as an all day Saturday event.  Typically it runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour break for lunch.  There is then another hour in the evening. 

To come to your church or organization with this workshop Johann requires travel and accommodations to be covered and she will either charge a fee of $150.00 per person or $200.00 per couple (which can be any two people registering together) who enrolls in the day long event.  Registration and collection of this fee needs to be done in advance by the organizing group.
